In this joint Weekend Workshop in cooperation with Rebecca Agouropoulos, together we will share some of our most valued discoveries from our practice, suitable for anybody who would like to bring real depth into his or her own yoga practice.
“The miracle is not to walk on water, the miracle is to walk on the green Earth!” – Thich Nhat Hanh
Andrea Price & Rebecca Agouropoulos, Chanting Stork Yoga, 12.-13. November 2016
Bringing depth into our practice on and off the mat initially might mean taking a step back from the attachment to the merely physical asana practice, and instead starting to create an honest relationship with ones own most inner Self. What is it that you bring to the mat at the present moment, and what do you need to find real freedom and liberation? Most of the time as we are chasing heat, sweat and the so-called advanced poses, these things get lost.
The Lusciously Clarifying Weekend Workshop will bring it all back together to complete the circle to form a true connection between mind, body and breath. Be prepared to challenge yourself, expand and be gently moved towards, and beyond, what you think might be possible.
Over the course of the weekend we will be exploring a series of slow, feel-good classes for insight and positive vibrations. By merging pranayama and vinyasa, we will gently and progressively deepen our roots, creating a strong foundation from where we will start to ease into deeper hip openers, whilst rinsing out, and massaging our whole body with the breath.
